How We Deliver

Brief & Site Survey
We visit your Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam site within 48 hours, review existing drawings and MEP infrastructure, and agree scope, budget, and programme before submitting a fixed-price proposal with no hidden costs.
Design & Approval
Space plans (2D/3D), material boards, lighting calculations, and a detailed 6–20 week programme are submitted for client sign-off. We handle all municipality approvals where required.
Procurement
All materials (suspended ceilings, partitions, flooring, lighting, MEP equipment) and subcontractors are confirmed. Long-lead items with 4–6 week delivery times are ordered immediately after design sign-off.
Construction
Our site team executes works in coordinated sequence: civil preparation → MEP rough-in → ceiling grid → partitions → finishes → MEP trim-out → flooring → final fit-out. Daily supervision, weekly progress reports, and milestone walkthroughs included.
Handover & Support
Full snagging (7-day rectification window), deep clean, as-built CAD drawings, O&M manuals, AHU filter schedules, and 12-month post-handover defect liability period included as standard.
