This smart workspace project was designed for a fast-growing technology company that needed a highly flexible, activity-based working environment. The 1,800 sqm floor plate was transformed from a blank shell into a dynamic office featuring hot-desking zones, acoustic focus pods, collaborative hubs, a content creation studio, and a tech-enabled boardroom.
The brief called for adaptability — spaces that could be reconfigured as the team grows — combined with the acoustic control needed for video calls, deep focus work, and high-energy collaboration to coexist on the same floor.

18-seat boardroom with automated AV integration, dual 98″ screens, ceiling microphone array, and motorised blinds — fully MS Teams certified.
Suspended acoustic baffles throughout open areas to manage reverberation and reduce background noise to below 45 dB(A).
